First, the financing option took a long time, I was at the dealership close to 6 hours and have good credit. They called me the next day and said it needed to be another company, so I had to drive back to downtown Houston and sign new paperwork.

I had to call and get that sorted out. The sales guy I worked with is no longer employed there so I have to work directly with a sales manager. This is my first BMW, and I love the car but the buying and no repairing their mistakes has been a hassle. I may have to go back to Audi, since they made it such a smooth process. Not sure if this is all BMW dealerships or just this one. I would suggest trying other dealerships before coming to this one.
