I loved it because it would keep my hair and my daughters hair nice, silky and smooth looking. I have course hair that always looks frizzy if I don't use my CHI. I contemplated on buying a new one because they are so expensive and I have 4 children who need other things.

It is supposedly the exact same one. I looked at the boxes to make sure. Although, they are not the same quality! Also the outside of the Chi Flat Iron gets very hot to the touch. I asked my daughter about this and she said the same thing. She exclaimed we needed to take it back and get another brand.

I am very disappointed in the quality of your chi. Is this something new you all have made. The quality of the old one compared to the new one is just not the same!
